REFUND POLICY
At AdventureBookings we strive to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. Your feedback on how to improve our service and the Adventures we presently offer is welcome.
- If your adventure is cancelled by the supplier due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a technical problem or unsafe weather conditions, your adventure will be rescheduled for another time that is convenient, a credit note will be issued or a refund will be offered within 30days
- Should you wish to cancel an adventure that is booked, prior to the adventure taking place, you will be eligible for a credit note towards any other adventure to the value of your adventure. Client Cancellations are not eligible for a Cash Refunds.
- Should you, without giving prior notice, miss a scheduled adventure, you will not be eligible for a refund.

- The client shall not be entitled to cancel any Booking Form save on terms that the client shall pay to the Seller.
- If you cancel an adventure more than three weeks in advance of the dates referred to on the Adventure Booking Form you will forfeit 50% of your deposit.
- If you cancel an adventure less than one week prior to the dates referred to on the Adventure Booking Form you will forfeit 75% of your deposit.
- If you cancel an adventure less than 24 hours before the dates referred to on the Adventure Booking Form, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.
- For those holiday packages and adventures that have Cancelation Policies that differ from the above, you will be advised accordingly when you make your booking.
