All of our activities and the resorts and establishments that we represent carry public liability insurance. Furthermore our own Insurance policy gives you even more Peace of mind. This protection covers our legal liability arising out of the death of, or bodily injury to, any client or damage to their property and subsequent claims for financial compensation that may be instituted against us as a result of negligence, errors or omissions.

An important extension to this policy is that the legal defense costs are not capped and will be covered up to the full indemnity limit. Another unique feature is that our policy also extends to cover negligent acts incurred by our appointed subcontractors.
